MedSecurance featured at IDEC Symposium with Minjiang University
The MedSecurance project was featured in the 1st Interdisciplinary Symposium of the International Digital Economy College (IDEC), which was founded by project partner European University Cyprus and Minjiang University of China. A technical paper titled: Enhancing Security in Digital Healthcare: A Focus on IoMT Communications Protocols and Medical Devices was presented to researchers and faculty from both universities that participated to the symposium organised on 9-11 July.
IDEC is a Sino-foreign joint education institution organised by European University Cyprus and Minjiang University that offers four undergraduate programmes: Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Marketing and Digital Communications, and Graphic Design. It has three cohorts, 2021, 2022, and 2023, with a total of 735 students currently enrolled. Students are eligible for Chinese-foreign dual enrolment and can be awarded dual degrees. The academic faculty members are provided by both European University Cyprus and Minjiang University.
